First Gym down and a pretty interesting Gym Battle to say the least, I'd call this chapter pretty good but there were still a few faulty bits here or there so let's dig into it.

Like always first the bad, honestly I know where you were going with the pervy Brock angle but it seems kind of odd that he'd let his perversions distract him from his job of testing trainers skills, I think he'd normally stay serious during that part and return to being pervy afterwards (I mean if he didn't pretty much every girl would get past is Gym easily), and honestly that's my only complaint about this chapter overall, aside from the usual bulky text.

Now the good, you've improved with the bulky text thing it's still present but not as bad and not as noticeable, Brock was a nice introduction and the battle overall was pretty good and the characters are still pretty enjoyable (but did they have to introduce themselves one after another for each round, got kind of repetitive).

Overall a good chapter with some minor issues here and there.
